We're at 12823 Shops Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738. We’re located in the Shops at the Galleria, at the crossroads of Highway 71 and Bee Caves Road. We’re the large, white, stand-alone building with the red awning, overlooking a little pond, and next to Best Buy.

Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, but reservations are recommended — especially on weekends, during peak holidays, or for larger groups. Bar seating is first-come, first-serve on Fridays and Saturdays.

Yes! American Express Platinum Card Members can redeem benefits for using their card at the restaurant.

Our food is prepared in-house from scratch, using from the freshest ingredients available, sourced locally or from afar. You can view our full menu.

Guest favorites include:

• Ahi Poké: Sashimi grade ahi with jalapeño, avocado, micro greens, sambal aioli and taro chips.

• Nachositos: Spicy sashimi grade ahi tuna atop small fried risotto cakes with sliced jalapeño, strawberries, miso, black sesame and micro greens.

• Classic Risotto: Tender arborio rice, slow simmered with white wine and chicken broth, then folded with spinach and a splash of cream. Served alone with a drizzle of beurre blanc and fresh grated Parmesan cheese, or, add your choice of protein from our selection of seafood, poultry, pork and beef.

• Slow-Braised Short Ribs: Served fork tender with rich, red wine reduction, creamy mashed potatoes and a medley of sautéed seasonal vegetables.

• Desserts: Dzintra’s Famous Cheesecake with its macadamia nut toffee crust, or any of the other of our house-made desserts!

Plate by Dzintra is generally considered moderate and aligned with market prices.

Yes. Plate by Dzintra offers vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan-friendly menu items. There are dishes that are prepared can be prepared vegan or vegetarian by adjusting ingredients. Several salads and sides are also vegetarian or vegan, and the menu indicates which items can be modified.

Plate by Dzintra can accommodate many dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan requests. Some dishes can be modified on request - and staff can help guide you to options that fit your needs. If you have specific allergies or dietary concerns, it's a good idea to mention them when ordering or when you arrive. You can also add these in your reservation notes.

Yes. We offer catering services for company or group lunches, host private events and group dinners and have multiple event spaces that can accommodate parties, celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions.

Our private areas offer semi-customizable layouts and can be tailored to your event needs:

• The Garden Room: Semi-private space for 50-70 guests. Great for seated dinners or mingling.

• The French Room: Semi-Private room (can close with heavy drapes) for up to 45-50 guests, customizable, and the option to host DJs or live music, or other forms of presentation.

• Chef’s Table: Semi-private space (can be closed with a curtain) that has an open view to the kitchen. Can seat comfortably up to 16 guests.

• The Bar: Our two bar areas can be semi-private for happy hour, game night (with TVS) or just fun, drinks and appetizers with work colleagues or friends.

• Open-Air Patio: Open-air patio that overlooks a little pond with a fountain. Perfect for up to 30 guests, seated or cocktail-style. DJ/live music permitted with a sound permit.

• The Market & Café: Quaint, casual Manhattan-Style space for breakfast, lunch or dinner meetings for up to 16 -18 guests.

• Full Buyout: The full use of our beautiful facility, modulable to your needs with the option to host DJs, live music, or other forms of presentation.

Yes, we offer complimentary parking in our adjacent public parking lot. It is very safe, and lit in the evenings, however, as a precaution (as this is not a private lot with no Valet service) please make sure to lock your doors and make sure to keep any valuables out of sight (laptops, handbags, back packs, wallets, etc.).

We accept gift cards issued by Plate by Dzintra, as “outside” gift cards such as Visa, etc. have limitations as to what can be charged to restaurants (alcohol, gratuity, etc.), and this makes the check-out process complicated for the guest, as well as for the restaurant.

Yes, Plate by Dzintra is a popular choice for solo dining, date nights, anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations, thanks to its unique atmosphere and variety of experiences under one roof.

The vibe is fine dining but with a casual feel, with warm, low lighting, a bustling bar, and a mix of indoor and outdoor space. You can either dress to the nine’s or come in casually after work, a game of pickle ball, tennis or golf.

To get the most out of your visit:

• Walk-ins are welcome any time of the week, and if we have a table, we will be happy to seat you!

• Make a reservation if you're coming during peak dinner hours, weekends and holidays, especially if you are coming in with a party of 4 or more!

• Try a variety of small plates and dishes, specialty (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) cocktails or wines.

• Don’t skip on dessert, as all our desserts are prepared in-house by our talented Pastry Chef, Erin!

• Visit the patio or Market & Café outside seating on fair weather days.

Expect a social, bustling or quiet setting (depending on the day of the week), whether you’re dining along, meeting up with someone or joining a group.

Although the general dress code is business-casual, we want all our guests to be comfortable, so that they can enjoy the Plate by Dzintra experience at it’s best. Some guests like to dress for date night and to the nines. Some like to be more casual and pop in for a quick meal after work, after a ball game, after spending a day cooped up at home (and just want to get out), or after dropping the kids off at a play date. As long as your attire is tidy and clean, you will feel comfortable in our comfy plush chairs and elegant atmosphere.

Plate by Dzintra can be family-friendly during daytime or early evening hours, especially when the vibe is more relaxed and casual. However, later in the evening it's typically more adult-oriented due to the bar scene and crowd, so families with young children might find the atmosphere better earlier in the day.

Yes. We have a full beverage program that includes specialty cocktails, wine, a selection of beer, and other drinks. We also have a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails and beverages.

Plate by Dzintra is a full-service restaurant, bar and event space, with its own adjacent market & café, where people can grab some house prepared specialties as well as specialty coffee, tea and smoothies, to enjoy in-house, as well as to-go.

Plate by Dzintra is a local, family-run business, fully owned by Chef Dzintra, who with her husband, Allen, run the business.

After moving over from Paris, France, Dzintra and Allen had a dream to create a community space where guests, both local and from afar, could come in to enjoy a delicious meal, the non-rush European way, with great service in a cozy (yet elegant) home-like ambiance.

After various television appearances on local TV stations and a season on the Food Network’s The Next Food Network Star, Dzintra and her husband Allen thought it was time to bring her expertise in food and hospitality to a brick-and-mortar level. In 2010 they opened “little Plate” with only 9 tables in a 1400 ft. space, and in 2018, after having won the hearts of her beloved local Austin community, she opened doors to “big Plate,” Plate by Dzintra, which currently operates from a stand-alone 6500 sq. ft. space with enough room to seat 250+ guests.

Dzintra and Allen’s commitment to this community is unquestionable, as they continue, day after day, year after year, to bring warmth, food and comradery to the Bee Cave, Texas community and beyond.

We serve classic Continental Cuisine, inspired by food around the world, from various regions of the United States, France, Italy, Asia, North Africa, Mexico, and Eastern Europe. Everything we make is house-made, and our menu blends traditional and modern influences with a focus on bold flavors and shareable dishes.

No. Under no circumstances does Plate by Dzintra allow food or beverage to be brought in from the outside. TABC and Health Department regulations as well as our insurance policy does not allow any food or beverage to be brought into the restaurant, market, patio or bar, from the outside.

It all depends.

Under ADA, we allow trained service dogs in the restaurant and especially, we welcome them on our outdoor seating areas during fair weather days!

Service dogs must remain on the floor or under the table; they cannot sit on chairs or eat from tables.

Dogs that are out of control, not housebroken, or pose a direct safety threat, can be asked to leave.

Pets and ESAs (emotional support animals and pets) do not have public access rights in the main dining areas and can be denied entry. However, if they are trained, on fair weather days, we welcome them with their owner on our outdoor seating areas. However, the owners will need to carry them when heading from the outside to the patio areas.

Yes! Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (October through June), we have live music, showcasing a soft and casual dinner vibe from a rotation of local, talented artists.

July through September, we have live music Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
